I cannot praise Lotus Dermatology enough! When I discovered I had cancer on my nose, I was initially hesitant to address it, fearing the potential scar. Eventually, I scheduled an appointment with Lotus Dermatology, and despite my delay, the staff handled my case with utmost professionalism. The procedure involved removing a substantial portion of my nose, followed by grafting, stitching, and stapling, yet I was on my way home within 6 hours.
From the moment I entered the facility, the receptionist exuded friendliness and politeness. The short 15-minute wait in the reception area preceded a prompt call back. Dr. Patel, who exhibited a gentle and pleasant demeanor, explained the procedure and swiftly began the process. His excellent personality and sense of humor made me feel comfortable, alleviating my fears and instilling confidence in him. The plastic surgeon involved was equally impressive, providing a detailed explanation and maintaining a gentle approach. The Dr. assistants were also noteworthy for their pleasant and gentle care.

Greeted by a very friendly receptionist. The technician with Dr. Patel was also very nice. The wait time in the exam room seemed longer than normal because the room was very cold, especially wearing a paper gown. The practice was very busy with many chairs in the waiting room occupied. Dr. Patel is friendly and professional and I trust him. Will return.

All of the staff were very pleasant and professional. Dr Patel was very thorough with his exam and had a pleasant personable demeanor.
